These are all steps for us to go for putting your personal growth into practice.

Besides that, great opportunities for further training were offered to me, which have already been put into practice.   • "My name is Daniel W. and I successfully completed an apprenticeship as a mechatronic at NEEF/Meleghy International in 2008. Since 2008 I have been working as an electrician in the maintenance located in Gera. By working on a number of projects and my participation at further trainings (SPS advanced training course and Twin Cat education), I was able to develop myself in the area of control engineering. By means of goal-setting talks, I admitted the need for further training, which has been recorded by the board of Meleghy International. Since Oktober 2014, I have been able to start my apprenticeship as a technician with the support of Meleghy International. For this purpose, I have been released from school days."
