Liability for content
We make every effort to keep the information on our Web site current, but accept no liability whatsoever for the content provided. Pursuant to §7 par. 1 of TMG (German Tele-Media Act), the law limits our responsibility as a service provider to our own content on these Web pages. According to section 7, para. 1 of the TMG (Telemediengesetz – Tele Media Act by German law), we as service providers are liable for our own content on these pages in accordance with general laws. However, pursuant to sections 8 to 10 of the TMG, we as service providers are not under obligation to monitor external information provided or stored on our website. Once we have become aware of a specific infringement of the law, we will immediately remove the content in question. Any liability concerning this matter can only be assumed from the point in time at which the infringement becomes known to us.
References and Links
In the case of direct or indirect references to external websites (“Hyperlinks”) beyond the area of responsibility of the author, a liability obligation would only take effect if the author had knowledge of the contents and tried to avoid use of illegal contents, if technically possible and feasible. The author hereby explicitly declares that no illegal contents could be identified at the time of setting up the link. The author does not have any influence over the current and future design, contents or copyright laws of linked/combined pages. He therefore hereby explicitly distances himself from the contents of all linked/combined pages changed after setting up the link. This applies to all links and references setup within the internet service and external entries and references and for external entries in guest books, discussion forums and mailing lists created by the author. The provider of the page referred to is solely liable for illegal, incorrect or incomplete contents, and particularly for damages caused by use or non-use of the presented information, and not the person who solely refers to the respective publication with a link.
Copyright and Trademark Laws
The author strives towards considering the copyright laws in all publications of used graphics, sound files, video sequences and texts, using graphics, sound files, video sequences and texts personally created and falling back on license-free graphics, sound files, video sequences and texts. All specified and third-party protected brands and trademarks in the internet service are subject to the terms of the respective valid trademark laws and ownership rights of the registered owner, without any restrictions. A conclusion should not be drawn that third-party rights are protected if they are simply mentioned! The copyrights for published items produced personally by the author remain with the author of the pages. The reproduction or use of such graphics, sound files, video sequences and texts in other electronic or printed publications is not permitted without the explicit agreement of the author. Downloads or copies are for private use only.
