  • 11/2015 Acquisition of Rubi Czech
    • End of September 2015, Rubí Czech s.r.o in the Czech Republik is acquired by the Spanish company group IPM.
    • The location Brandys Nad Labem is halfway between Mlada Boleslav and Prag.
    • The plant operates under the name Meleghy Automotive Czech s.r.o nowadays
  • 07/15 Acquisition of Lahnwerk Rubí S.A.U
    • The Meleghy Automotive company group acquired the Lahnwerk Rubí S.A.U
    • Lahnwerk Rubí is a Spanish company with its domicile in Abreria in the area of Barcelona, which was part of the Spanish company group IPM.
    • This step marks the beginning of internationalization strategy of the Meleghy Automotive company group. It is an additional and important milestone in their growth strategy.
    • It currently operates under the company name Meleghy Automotive Czech s.r.o
