On May 2, 2012, the NEEF GmbH & Co KG was taken over by the Meleghy & Cie. Automotive GmbH. Within the framework of the takeover process, we decided to rename the
“NEEF GmbH & Co. KG Fertigungstechnik” into
“Meleghy Automotive GmbH & Co. KG”.
Please note that both the legal form and the commercial register number, all banking information, trade ID and post address still remain.
