Meleghy Automotive completed a planned change in leadership at the beginning of the year. Dr. Gyula Meleghy handed over the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to André Blech.
The change in leadership is not a short-term change, but part of a long-term planned handover of operational responsibility.

Over the past few years, preparations for succession have been systematically underway. With the establishment of an international leadership team, decision-making structures have been strengthened and responsibilities gradually distributed. André Blech has already been closely involved in strategic and operational decisions and has actively shaped the company’s development.

Even after the handover, Dr. Gyula Meleghy will remain closely associated with the company and will continue to support its long-term development in his new role as Chairman and Shareholders’ Representative.
