Joining technology
As a reliable development and production partner, we aim to plan and realize your structural body assemblies holistically along the entire production process. By holistic, we mean not only the actual joining process but also ensuring sustainable, efficient secondary processes. Our project engineering department oversees the production and commissioning of the necessary systems. We rely on robot-assisted joining systems and combine a wide range of joining processes such as spot welding, resistance spot welding and MIG/MAG welding, as well as TOPTIG soldering. Mechanical joining processes are also used depending on the component specification. In the area of strut technology, we are increasingly relying on our self-developed and patented highly flexible joining process MIMEC®. In this area, we are increasingly focusing on maximum automation. By intelligently linking individual cells, these can be combined to form entire welding lines, taking Industry 4.0 solutions into account.
