As part of the succession transformation process at Meleghy Automotive, a new six-member leadership team was put together. One department established for this purpose is “Controlling and Finance”. In the future, this will be the responsibility of our new “Group Controlling and Finance Director”.
Today, we are pleased to introduce Dominik Aurand (37) as the youngest member of the Leadership Team, who has been serving in this position since November 2021. Aurand was also granted power of attorney at the end of the year. Aurand has already been working for Meleghy Automotive as Head of Controlling since the acquisition in 2012.
“My personal challenge is to grow into the “footsteps” of the current management but also to break new ground at the same time,” Aurand tells us in anticipation of the new tasks. “I am looking forward to continuing to work on the history and success of Meleghy Automotive together with the new Leadership Team. Furthermore, to contribute my ideas and goals to the further development of our company.”
“As Head of Controlling and several years as my right hand man, I think we have found a really good, experienced and yet young man in Dominik. Already, he handles our numbers like no other,” notes Michael Scharff (CFO).
