New Blood for the metal industry in Siegen
281 young people in the district of Siegen completed their training in the metal and electrical sector in industrial companies and are now valuable skilled workers for all companies involved in the industry.
Among them was our apprentice toolmaker, Eric R., who was honoured as the best examinee. This again shows the quality of our apprentices and trainers who contribute to the development of our skilled personnel. From the very beginning, our apprentices are part of the team and involved in real projects. This contributes to their rapid development into our qualified personnel. Valuable for us, because Eric R. and all the other trainees in our plants bring a young, new breath and the decisive specialist know-how.
