On the 1st of September in 2014, 6 young people started their training at Meleghy Automotive Bernsbach GmbH in Lauter-Bernsbach. A varied and challenging vocational education, in mechanical engineering and plant managers, construction mechanics and toolmakers, is waiting for them.
After a morning greetings from Ms Sylvia Wagner (Team Leader Personal) and Mr Thomas Opp (Head of Training), an overview of the company’s structure was given, the organization and the tasks of the most important production departments at the Lauter-Bernsbach site in a two-day introductory seminar. After an extensive company visit, the plant manager, Mr. Jens Groß, welcomed our new trainees with introductory words. Subsequently, he handed the word to the security expert, Mr. Jens Fritzsch, who took the first instruction for the newcomers to the company.
