Meleghy Automotive Barcelona has participated in the development of a proof of concept (PoC) of optimization and user guidance, within the Automotive Cluster of Catalonia (CIAC) and in collaboration with other partner companies, such as Aubay, Innovae and Improva. The project has been applied to a mechanical stamping press for the automotive industry. This project has been financed by the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism within the Grants for Innovative Business Groups (AEI) call 2021b. The title of the project is: “NEW INTEGRAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM WITH AUGMENTED REALITY FOR THE PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE OF THE INDUSTRY”; file number: AEI-010500-2021B-187).
In carrying out the project, the following technologies have been used:
Augmented Reality for the guidance of operators, with the SAM tool of the company Innovae and through the use of Hololens and mobile.
Artificial Intelligence for data analysis, creation of dashboards, notification management, development of a Predictive system and improvement of change processes.
