The “Technology and Project Management” department established as part of the succession transformation process at Meleghy Automotive will in future be the responsibility and responsibility of our new “Group Technology Director / Managing Director PDE” Dr. Peter Dahlke (56).
Today, we are pleased to introduce Dr. Peter Dahlke (56), who has been acting in this new position since November 2021 and has already been working for Meleghy Automotive since 2013 as Managing Director of our subsidiary “PDahlke Engineering GmbH” and as Head of Project Management. In his previous role, Dahlke already acts across plants and departments for a better interaction of all plants and departments.
“I see a challenge in this new position in working more closely with the customer, their development departments as well as with our production plants, so that we can win the ideal product range for us and our future in this exciting and dynamic market at an early stage,” Dahlke tells us with anticipation of the new tasks and adds, “As a professional challenge, we also have to develop and win the right products for the company, use the best technologies and most efficient processes for this and continuously improve them.”
Dr. Thomas Werle (COO/CTO) will take over the supervision and mentoring and adds: “Peter already successfully leads the project management department. With this and his experience as Managing Director of our subsidiary PDahlke Engineering, he will now further expand our Technology division and take it forward. With him, we have an experienced engineering and project worker on the team”
The Leadership Team has been active since November 2021.
