On the 1st of August in 2014, 10 young people started their apprenticeship or dual studies at Meleghy Automotive GmbH & Co. KG in Wilnsdorf. A diversified and challenging vocational training in the apprenticeship as machine and plant manager, industrial mechanic, electronics technician for machine tools, as well as in the dual course of studies of industrial engineering and mechanical engineering, is waiting for them.
After a welcome from the Managing Director, Dr. Gyula Meleghy, all of them received an overview of the organization and the individual departments of the Meleghy Automotive Group in a two-day introductory seminar. This was also a great opportunity to meet fellow apprentices and colleagues. At the end of the introductory event, the managing director, Dr. Thomas Werle, welcomed the parents of the trainees and students, who were then able to get to know the future workplace of their children in a workshop.
